Garlic Butter

Serves: 1 Cup (250 g)

 

Ingredients:

  • 200 g unsalted Butter, soft
  • 10-12 cloves (40 g) fresh Garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp fresh Rosemary

 Direction:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix through.
  2. Keep refrigerated in jar for future use for up to 1 months.

Chefs Tip: other herbs such as Tarragon, Basil, or Marjoram can be used to your preference.
